Island Fin Poke is such a great place and is perfect if you need something quick and easy for any meal of the day! The poke is always very fresh, delicious, and highly customizable for any taste or diet. I have ordered ahead for pickup using Uber Eats as well as dined in here, and the service is quick and amazing every time. All of the staff here is so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating each time I come in, and the restaurant itself is small but very clean and just the right size for dates or small groups. I have to say I especially love the morning staff as they truly make the best bowls 💘

We had a poke bowl and it was not great. The fish didn’t feel fresh, the sauces were not too good (we got the ones they recommended), and the toppings were a bit limited (the avocado was very dark and mushed). The drinks were super sweet and artificial. I liked the pineapple soft serve (which they gave us a sample without asking, we were happy about this) but my partner did not. Better ingredients would go a long way for this place. Their staff was very nice and attentive.

The seafood options stand out, and everything has that light, tropical twist that keeps you coming back for more. Portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth. Service is friendly and quick, even during busy times, and the staff makes you feel like a regular. If you’re in the area and want something different from the usual takeout spots, Pokey Finn’s is absolutely worth checking out. Great food, chill vibe, and consistent quality.

This was my first time going to Island Fin Poke and it was such an amazing experience! The owner Jaime was so friendly and sweet during the entire order! I had a sudden craving for poke since my last trip to Hawaii but I never found the right place to order from here in CT. If you want authentic amazing tasting poke definitely visit them! It was the perfect combo of flavors, textures and the best spicy chili oil ! He even let me taste their delicious dole whip!! 100% recommend!

One of the best poke bowls I have EVER had. Everything was so fresh and there are many options to choose from. Not only was the bowl absolutely delicious, but I was overwhelmed with everything and the guy at the counter helped me choose what to get and explained what everything was. So nice! Then Jamie the owner came out and was absolutely lovely! He gave me a paper to join the rewards program and delivery. His energy was incredible and he was so nice! THEN as I’m eating, Jamie brings me over a little cup of dole while to try. I mean this experience was 10000/10. WILL BE BACK! Give this place a try, you won’t regret it. Posting a pic of my bowl as well because of how perfect it was!!
